Residential Housing Improvement Project of Baiwanzhuang Beili, Xicheng District, Beijing (APlot), located in Yongdinghe Ancient Road, Sanlihe Road to the west and Chegongzhuang Street to the north. The project is designed by Beijing Survey and Design Research Institute Co., LTD., which is the first application of prestressed fish-belly foundation pit steel support technology in Beijing.

The project is located in the heart of Beijing, close to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, PRC office building, which requires extremely high requirements in terms of noise reduction, quality, and especially dust control. At the same time, the excavation depth of foundation pit engineering is large, the excavation is difficult, and the construction site is small, which brings great challenges to the "dust treatment" in the construction site.

In view of the above problems, the foundation pit of the project adopts the prestressed fish-belly foundation pit steel support technology. Compared with the traditional concrete support, this technology has the following advantages:

(1) standardized components, through bolt connection, on-site assembly, disassembly, components can be recycled, no construction waste, green environmental protection; The construction speed is fast; Less welding work and less noise.

(2) The steel support shows a larger "stiffness" after applying prestress, actively controls the foundation pit displacement, and the overall deformation is small; Component factory production, reliable quality.

(3The arrangement of steel support can provide larger construction working face, convenient and quick excavation of soil, and also easy to lay dustproof system.

In addition, in terms of environmental protection, the prestressed fish-belly steel support technology ensures that there is no dust and garbage generation during the construction process, and the sky curtain dustproof system ensures that the dust generated in the process of earth excavation will not spread to the outside world -- the green sky curtain can be seen at the construction site to cover the whole construction plot, to block the dust. At the same time, the sky curtain wire rope is also installed on the spray equipment, spray water mist to dust, in order to achieve the effect of dust. The combination of dust-proof canopy and spray system can effectively avoid the generation of dust.
