Construction technology of cast-in-place pile

A cast-in-place pile is a pile that is placed into a hole and then filled with concrete or reinforced concrete. The cast-in-place piles can be divided into drilling cast-in-place piles, immersed pipe cast-in-place piles, artificial digging cast-in-place piles, exploding and expanding cast-in-place piles and so on according to different methods of forming holes.

1,Bored pile

Refers to the use of drilling machinery to drill out the pile hole, and pour concrete in the hole (or first in the hole to hang the steel cage) and into the pile.

According to whether the drill bit of the drilling machine is constructed in the aquifer of the soil, it can be divided into three kinds: mud wall protecting-hole filling pile, dry operation hole forming filling pile and casing wall protecting-hole filling pile.

2, immersed pipe cast-in-place pile

It refers to a pile made by sinking a steel casing with a flap tip or precast reinforced concrete pile boot into the earth, then casting concrete (or placing a steel cage inside the pipe) while hammering or vibrating. The former is called hammer immersed pipe cast-in-place pile, the latter is called vibration immersed pipe cast-in-place pile.

The forming process of immersed pipe cast-in-place pile is as follows: pile machine is in place→Hammer (vibrate) the sink→feeding→Hammer (vibrate) while drawing the pipe, and continue pouring the concrete→Under the steel cage, continue to pour concrete and draw pipe→Into a pile.

3, artificial hole filling pile

It refers to a pile made of artificial excavation, placement of steel cage, and pouring of concrete.

The construction procedure of hand-dug cast-in-place pile is: site leveling→Lay out the line and fix the pile position→Dig the first pile hole earthwork→Cast the first section of concrete wall→The elevation and cross axis of pile position are measured twice on the protective wall→Install movable manhole cover, vertical transport frame, hoisting hoist or electric hoist, movable bottom lifting bucket, drainage, ventilation, lighting facilities, etc→Section 2 pile excavation→Clean up the wall of the pile hole, check the perpendicularity and diameter of the pile hole→Remove the upper section formwork, support the second section formwork, and pour the second section concrete wall protection→Repeat the second section of the excavation, mold support, pouring concrete wall protection process, cycle until the design depth→Perform bottom expansion (when bottom expansion is required)→Clean up the empty soil, remove the water, check the size and bearing layer→The hoisting steel cage is in place→Pour pile concrete.

4, blasting and expanding cast-in-place pile

It refers to the use of drilling to explode into holes, holes into the bottom of the blasting material, and then fill the appropriate amount of concrete, and then detonate, so that the hole bottom to form an expanded head, and then into the steel cage, pouring pile concrete.
