This project is a large furniture store invested and built by IKEA in Hefei, Anhui Province, which is a key project of the local province and city in 2020. The project is located at the intersection of Mengcheng North Road and Linquan Road, Luyang District, Hefei City. The surrounding environment is complex, with the subway station of Line 5 in the east, the subway station of Line 3 in the south, and the residential community and municipal pipeline culverts in the west. The proposed building has 4 floors above ground and 1~2 floors underground. The foundation pit depth is 7.2~15.2m and the area is about 19,000 square meters. The original foundation pit supporting scheme is: cast-in-place pile + high pressure rotary jet grouting pile water stop + composite steel support.
