Project Introduction:This project is located in the new area of LingangPDC1-0401Unit: The site is close to Dishui Lake, with Huanhunan 1st Road to the north and Shuiyun South Road to the south, with a total construction area of about11Ten thousand square meters.

Construction difficulties:

1, The north side of the foundation pit is a municipal road, buried underground with electricity, natural gas, information and water pipelines, and the east and west sides are planned roads, which have high requirements for the displacement control of the foundation pit.

2, The soil quality of the project is mainly composed of clay, silt and sandy soil, and the shallow soil layer contains submersible and confined water, which has a certain impact on the foundation pit.

Construction scheme:

The project adopts triaxial soil-cement mixing pile as the stop-water curtain, and combines the bored grouting pile and two concrete supports to ensure the stability of the foundation pit. The grouting technology is used to fill between the stop-water curtain and the cast-in-place pile, and biaxial soil-cement mixing pile is used to reinforce the pit side.

The foundation pit displacement control effect of the project is excellent and has no impact on the surrounding environment and facilities. At present, it has entered the stage of demolition and bracing.
