1In terms of the envelope structure, the envelope pile is constructed by pressure grouting pile (undisturbed earth taking pressure pouring concrete pile, Shanghai Strong foundation patent).Compared with the traditional cast-in-place pile construction technology, the construction of press-poured pile is not only free of mud discharge, green and environmental protection, but also efficient (the piling time of a single press-poured pile is1~2h, the traditional cast-in-place pile forming time is6~8h).In this project, the construction period of enclosure pile is saved by about one month after adopting this technology.
2In terms of support system, the original scheme adopts sectional steel composite steel support, and some of the nodes still use reinforced concrete. As the concrete needs to be cured, the construction period will be delayed. By replacing reinforced concrete structures with steel members specially designed for strong foundations in Shanghai,Make the whole support into an all-steel system, eliminating the need for concrete curing this process.In this project, the supporting period is saved about half a month after adopting this technology.
